Colors are best when they’re introduced at least

Colors are best when they’re introduced at least twice. Here we have concrete vases with the same tone grey cutlery and a grey napkin. The pink is seen on the place card, table number and centerpiece flowers.

The concrete vase and wood chair also work as natural elements so they’re grounding to the design.

There’s a rhyme or reason to every selection 💕

That post ceremony champagne.

One of my favorite wedding touches is to pass champagne immediately after the ceremony. It reduces the flood to the bar and the okanagan is filled with amazing sparkling wine options.

Been walking in blind faith lately. I feel like I haven’t shared at all how I’m blending interior design + wedding planning- mainly because I’ve been trying not to put pressure on myself in either capacity as I figured that out. I’ve always been a very intuitive person, and I’ve learned I do best when I listen in… very carefully.

I finally feel this ball rolling in the right direction and feel extremely excited and passionate about my role in design as a whole- not choosing either side.

In sum- I have a summer full of weddings I’m really excited about and have continued to take full plans for 2023 in a lower quantity. I have also been balancing multiple interior clients that have felt like a really natural extension of who I am as a designer.

I believe that homes & weddings should feel approachable, layered in design elements, and spaces curated for gathering and connection.

The atmosphere we surround ourselves in has the power to change our mood and the way we connect with others.

My sole drive in my business is to give people the opportunity to create memories they can’t give themselves. And I’m able to do that with @createdlovelyliving and here. That’s the only real concrete plan I’m chasing. Sparkly shoes and all. ✌️
